Velocity Airways EU/UK A320

Velocity operates a fleet of 147 Airbus A320-family aircraft, comprised of both CEO and NEO variants. Currently Velocity has 106 aircraft listed on its Maltese AOC and 41 in the United Kingdom on its British AOC.

Velocity welcomed the A320neo to the fleet in 2018 and has taken delivery of 35 since the induction into the fleet. Velocity chose to fit their A320neos with the Airbus 'Space Flex' configuration, allowing for the addition of six extra seats, providing a sizable edge in CASK over its A320ceo counterparts. The A320neo is extensively deployed to Great Britain due to longer stage lengths from the UK to Turkey, Greece, and the Canaries.

Velocity is excited to welcome the A321neo to the fleet in the near future and currently has 64 orders for the type, which will help the airline redeploy its smaller Airbus A319s and A320s to new markets while upgauging its existing routes without needing to increase frequency.
