The Airline that I use in O2, Africana, essentially an African equivilent of Ryanair, Star Alliance logo is there because it's in it in the game world atm
I'm sorry but I don't know where to start.
The colour choice just ain't it, it's hard to see the winglet against the rest of the aircraft. It seems as those there's no transition between the colours, the red just abruptly ends. There's no registration or really any other markings other then the Star Alliance logo. The name isn't fantastic either. There's a random bit of red on the tail too. This whole livery just screams rushed, like the Kiwi Air liveries before it.

Except it doesn't really transition, it just stops and starts. You could try a gradient or a half tone in the future. Keep fiddling around and see what you get
