HISTORY

Regis Aircraft Charters formed in 1982 in Palm Beach Florida, capitalizing on the massive growth and wealth of southern Florida during the 80's. The airline secured fleets of Lockheed Jetstars and early model Bombardier Learjets to ferry the rich and wealthy around the country. In time, the airline secured larger aircraft, most notably, being the launch customer for the Gulfstream GII. It was then that RAC formed a partnership with Gulfstream Aerospace, which would become a strong solidified partnership. In its success to expand, the company launched further bases of operation, with their Naples Florida location opening in 1996, and their Teterboro location in 2001. Regis International, by 2006, has amassed almost 200 aircraft with its first European hub in Milan, Italy, and forward expansion of operations into and around Europe. In 2013, the airline became the largest operator of the widely acclaimed Gulfstream G650, and launched their world renown 'Regis Reserve' elite membership program worldwide. The success of their historied and widely sought after business was evident, as in 2019, the airline officially went public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: $RGIS). Their Geneva hub was also announced in 2019, with full functionality beginning in October of 2022. Today, Regis operates nearly on average 80 flights a day in the United States, with well over 100 daily operations worldwide.
