A Collection of Lion Air 737NGs

In celebrating Lion Air's 23rd Anniversary.

I recall when they had recently acquired their 739ER aircraft and decided to fly one from KOE. My scheduled departure was supposed to be in the morning, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the engine of another plane that I supposedly flew with. As a result, -LFG, featuring the Dreamliner scheme. Since the fleet was expected to arrive in the evening, the staff advised us to return home, and they promised to keep us updated through text messages. Finally, after a delay of approximately twelve hours from the original schedule, we departed around midnight.

A week later I returned to KOE and the cabin crew handed me a set of magnetic chess the size of a wallet. It was packed within a box with an image of the infamous LFG photograph taking off of Boeing KBFI, along with the popular "we make people fly" slogan written on its sides. I also acquired "Roll Out (2006)", a forty five minute documentary featuring their release ceremony as the first worldwide operator of the brand new aircraft.
