Westjet 787-9 | Skyteam Livery

Finally, the livery is now perfect.


Considering I've seen a a poster showing Westjet's partnerships with various Skyteam airlines at YUL, I supposed it would be interesting to envision how a Westjet-Skyteam livery would shine.

The Westjet 787-9 registered as C-FAJA is the first of the Westjet fleet to have been repainted into the Skyteam livery after the Canadian airline based in Calgary officially joined the ranks of Skyteam, strenghtening the partnerships it has with European, American and Asian airlines, and creating new ones, notably in Africa with Kenya Airways and in the Middle East with MEA Airlines and SAUDIA. New routes, seasonal or year-round, are thus now being considered by the now stronger Skyteam, such as Jeddah to Calgary, diplomatic relations between Canada and Saudi Arabia having been re-established, and Calgary to Jakarta, Alberta being home to a significant Asian community.
