Ambassador Airways | Boeing 727-200(Adv.)

Ambassador Airways has always put its trust in 3-holers, but the one that stood out the most is the Boeing 727. Ambass operated over 50 of the type until their retirement in the late 1990's. These were called the workhorses of the UK as they were seen actively operating routes within Europe, North Africa and The Middle East. Sadly, along the airline's journey a few of these were lost, mostly due to human error. But that never stopped Ambassador from flying the type.

This specific Boeing 727, named Princess Anne, is currently sitting at The Grand Ambassador Museum in London in its original state at 51 years old.

tail gives me air koyro vibes

Because it is Air Koryo...in disguise

I do like this the presentation is great but I think the red is a little bright for the era (would love to see a version of this with a more gout ridden maroon) and I personally have never been a huge fan of the big chunky cheatlines but they do work here. Great job!

    love it roro
