1996-2003 livery - 9A-FSA / Rovinj
2003-2017 livery - 9A-FSB / Zaprešić
2017-present livery - 9A-FSE / Pula
2022 special livery - 9A-FSC / Vatreni

The venerable 757 joined Ijekavia's fleet shortly after hostilities ended in 1996, with an initial two airframes (9A-FSA/FSB) launching flights from Zagreb, Split, and Rijeka to sizeable European destinations and leisure spots, helping drive slowly returning interest to the Croatian coastline resorts. Ijekavia operated a total of 10 757-200s at maximum; all were retrofitted with winglets between 2005 and 2008. Eight remain in service as of 2022, with only 9A-FSA/FSB currently having been retired. All remaining examples have been fitted with both Wi-Fi domes and improved scimitar winglets.

Along with the new aircraft type in 1996 came a new livery and a new wordmark, somewhat of an evolution of the final pre-breakup cheatline livery used prior to the war with a new, bold wordmark replacing the previous mark which had been in use since the 1960s. In addition, the airline returned to its past tradition of naming aircraft after Croatian cities. The cheatline livery remained on the mainline fleet until 2003, when a brand refresh was undertaken yet again with Croatia applying for and preparing for accession to the EU. The wordmark remained but a more plainly Croatian livery was once again chosen, bringing back the checkerboard first used on the temporary during war livery, but now stylized and placed on the fuselage instead. (Alas, Croatian accession to the EU dragged out for almost a decade thereafter, with the country not becoming a full EU member until 2013.) The present-day branding was unveiled in 2017 to coincide with the airline's 70th anniversary, with a further stylistic evolution of the 2003 livery's fuselage checkerboard and a fresh, modern wordmark; 9A-FSE was the first 757 to receive the new paint. Ijekavia also partnered with the Croatian Football Federation (HNS) for the 2022 World Cup, and 9A-FSC recieved a special Vatreni livery, inspired by the team's two-tone blue World Cup kits.
