Love the concept, the execution isn't amazing but you can work on that. I think particularly you would be remiss not to work more on the actual Outback livery it's a little bland and very 80s/90s looking (defo not something that would exist past 2000 unless the airline was like dead) but also it's lacking in smaller details like websites, door logos, trim

the livery is basic because it's based on (or copied from) the Bendigo Transit bus livery, hence the original name of Bendigo Airlines. I see your point about smaller details, not sure what you mean by trim though
A week late, but this really looks good, especially the virgin blue hybrid and how the old text was covered. Sorry for being pretty harsh on you earlier.
