Hanjin Airlines - South Korean Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner Revised New Livery

Hanjin Airlines - South Korean Airlines Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner Revised New Livery

The airline's attempt at a rebrand and subsequent livery change was met with negative criticism by the Korean people and loyal customers of the airline. Thus, the livery applied to the Airbus A330-300 was deemed an interim livery as the company and the brand consulting firm went right back to the drawing board to think of a new design. After three months of extensive research and designing, the airline decided on a new livery, which was to be applied on their new 787-9 Dreamliners.

The livery brought back the orange which was phased out on the A330's interim livery. The brand consulting firm looked to traditional Korean attire and patterns as inspiration. (More lore soon.)
