It's a bit of a mess as you can see, this is in-part due to the COVID-19 pandemic, during which Alden retired or stored several types pre-maturely only to bring them back as the industry began to recover.
Also note that A320ceo and 737NG variants are to be retired as new 737MAX and A220-300 aircraft are delivered to replace them, but except for the 737-700, are expected to remain in service in some capacity for at least the next few years, and therefore are not marked as 'retiring soon'.
