Air Turkey 787-9 'ULH' Retro livery
TC-HBE was the first '787-9ULH' to be delivered to the airline back on 26 January 2016, and flew the inaugural nonstop Istanbul-Sydney flight, taking over from the 777-300ER flight that stopped over in Singapore. You can read more about the '787-9ULH' here: http://www.airline-e...rkey-787-9-ulh/
HBE was unveiled in a retro paint scheme, paying homage to the livery that they wore from 1953-1976. She is one of 3 retro liveries in the fleet, including an A330-200 in the 1976-1988 livery, and a 737-800 in the 1942-1953 livery. Rumour has it that one of the A350-900s being delivered this year will also wear a retro livery...
