because we have one for special members (the RoyalBlue) A is for regular firstclass passengers, B is for Blue Plus, C is for Military, and disabled and families with small children. D is for regular passengers and E is the for Standby and Codeshare partners.

i didn't have a problem with the number of boarding groups, but the way you sorted these groups makes me wonder if you've ever stepped foot in an airport.

I do believe they are put in a matter of importance. with their most loyal customers (the royalblue members) boarding first and standby and codeshare fliers would be less important (codeshare flights the customer would be flying with another airline and the standby fliers would be not paying for their flight and if they are paying very little) I do agree with the disabled and military service. maybe instead put them in group A or B?

I suggest that you research boarding groups or, y’know, go on a flight

You Guys are right. alright! modified version.
Pre boarding for the RoyalBlue members, A is for active duty military, and First class, B is for Priority members (like Blue Plus and for LoyalBlue members. Also, in research I learned that Employees on standby fly group B, and Codeshare fliers as well), C is for Special needs (like disabled, elderly, and families with small children), D is for economy passengers, and E is for those without seat assignments (people who purchased the cheaper fare rather than the full on economy seat) Is this better?

the point of boarding groups is to have economy class board in batches, so the biggest issue here is for them to all board together. here's an example taken from my personal experience with a transcon Delta flight
Preboarding: disabled, elderly, families with small children, etc.
Preboarding: active duty military
First Class/Diamond Medallion (in your case RoyalBlue)
Comfort+/Sky Priority (in your case Blue Plus/LoyalBlue)
Group 1: full-price economy towards the back of the plane
Group 2: full-price economy towards the front of the plane
Group 3: basic economy w/o seat assignments/gate assigned

Similar with BA, although oneworld + BA Executive Club members get to board with groups 1/2/3
