Floridian McDonnell Douglas MD-87 (1980-2002)

In 1985, Floridian Airlines would show interest in acquiring the newly announced MD-87 to further replace smaller secondhand DC-9 units purchased from Delta Air Lines. A total of 20 unites would be delivered to Floridian from '87 to '90 and would be mainly utilized for frequent short-haul, medium capacity flights from Miami to cities like Tampa, Jacksonville, Nassau, and Savanah. The MD-87 would serve well into the early 2010's until it was eventually replaced by the 717.

I've come back after taking the summer to travel. Tried out a new background style too while I'm at it.
