This is a big improvement over the older version you made - the tail is really nice but it's a little LCCy and I think you're going for a more mainline look. Serifed fonts are really uncommon in modern billboard liveries and I really don't think that it works here and certainly it doesn't really pair well with the tiny Japanese font you have under it
