Columbian Express Embraer E175 C-GCHG

Tonight's grind carries on..
Columbian first ordered the ERJ family of jets in 2002 to replace ageing BAE-146 aircraft.
The airline ordered 57 of the family in total.
All, except 1, remain in service.
The single retired aircraft was scrapped in December 2007, as the aircraft, C-GCHJ, was forced to land in Lake Superior 5 minutes after taking off from Thunder Bay en-route to Cleveland. Luckily, all 68 people on board survived, with minor injuries.

This aircraft, C-GCHG, is currently based at St.John's.
