Transswiss - Swiss Confederation Airlines Airbus A330-300

Transswiss - Swiss Confederation Airlines Airbus A330-300

With the retirement of the DC-10s in the mid-late 1990s, Transswiss began looking for airliners that could fill up its role, but more efficiently. The decision-making program came at the same time Airbus was introducing their newest jets, the Airbus A330 and A340, designed for mid-long-range and long-range travel, respectively. The airline decided to order both, while at the same time choosing the two to debut the airline's new livery.
