You should probably make your logo a little more simpler. Like get rid of the islands and just keep the text. A logo doesn't need to say what the company does or where the company is from. A dog walking company shouldn't have a dog walking on the logo for example. You could probably connect all the islands and form them into some type of weird shape or flower maybe if you really wanted to.

Colors also play an important role too. Bright and warm colors like orange and red are "happy" colors and thats why back when PSA was operating they had orange and red planes with smiles on them.
