You're using the wrong engine type. JA709J uses GEs not PWs. A simple check on planespotters would've helped. Heck its even on the reference pic you used

unfortunately, After several attempts at making flaps for this template, I could just not get them to work right. maybe sometime in the future!
Also you wrote Aiframe rather than Airframe
