During the arrival of the 767s, Seychelles Airways already started to garner demand for two key European services: London and Paris however at the time the airline would only have the two 767s (in the previous post), those being S7-TAK (763) and S7-BAV (762). So the help out the S7-TAK, a Tristar 500 (OY-VEF) was leased from Scandinavian ACMI operator - Jetline Air Service. The Tristar would remain for 3 months until Seychelles Airways would take on two more 767s (S7-COU, 762 and S7-EDI, 763), the tristar would then be returned to Jetline where it was leased to various other operators until its retirement and eventual scrapping in 2011.
