Air Turkey Boeing 777-300ER Barcelona FC Special livery

Air Turkey has been a sponsor of Barcelona FC since May 2018, and that same year painted a Boeing 777-300ERs in a special Barcelona FC livery. Info on the 77Ws in general are on a seperate post, however this particular 777 is different. As you may be able to see, the tail number follows a different pattern to the other 77Ws and that is because this one is a former Air Zealandia plane. You see, Air Zealandia sold it in March 2018 as they did with 2 other 77Ws because they didn't need the extra capacity, and so Air Turkey saw it as a great opportunity to get a cheaper 777-300ER, and with the new partnership with Barcelona F.C., it was the perfect opportunity to paint it in a special livery. They also painted a 737-800, 787-9, and an A330-200 in various but similar Barca liveries, with ZDG being one of them.

The design is very simple and even if the logo and the players could not go beyond putting them on the plane, on the other hand, seeing Barcelona on plane is a pure pleasure for me
P.S: Barca logo looks compressed and looks a bit ankward or is my eyes misleading me?
Glad you like it! I tried to compress barca logo to make it look like it's warped around the fuselage, that's why it it looks a bit awkward
