Yeah this is a big no from me.
The only good thing I can see with this is that the layering is correct.
Everything else... and I mean everything else... is just not good. I can't give you feedback to improve this because frankly, I don't see potential in this.
Scrap this brand and spend a good long while researching how to make a good logo, and then look at real world liveries. Look at the designs and placement of details, and take note.
Then, look at AE brands. Note the fine balance between originality and realism.
After you've done all that, then try again. Take your time, there's no rush to put things on the gallery. Be sure to take all criticism into consideration and never delete your old posts, otherwise you lose the feedback that they drew.
