Airbus A330-300 Marianne French Airlines

Marianne French Airlines, sometimes known as Marianne Airlines, is the flag carrier of France. The airline was founded on June 29th, 1935, making it the oldest airline in France.

The airline operates a fleet of 240 aircraft and flies them to around 210 destinations across all inhabited continents except for Australia.

The logo, and the name, derive from Marianne, the official national personification of France (much like Britannia is the national personification of the UK, and Columbia and Uncle Sam are the national female and male personifications for the USA, respectively). Because of this, the logo is also called "Lady Marianne". This logo, through multiple generations, has been the airline's logo since its inception. The newest version of the logo, and the current livery shown above, was introduced in 2009.

The airline was one of the first customers for the Airbus A330, receiving their first in November 1994. The airline has been operating both versions of the A330 ever since. Plans to replace them have arisen, and the airline is considering using A330neos for the shorter-range flights flown by this aircraft, and the 787 for longer-range flights.

Shown above is F-ISRA, Marianne French Airlines' first A330-300 delivered in late 1994, wearing the new 2009 livery. This aircraft is predicted to operate until 2025-2026, when it will be retired, and replaced by the A330neo and 787. Marianne's A330 fleet mainly flies high-demand European routes, as well as lower-demand North American routes.

Adam, if you think the logo placement is too similar to NEA, please let me know, and I will change it.

Also, leave feedback! Any and all feedback helps (but preferably constructive).
