Boeing 767-300ER

In 1998, Californian leased 4 Boeing 767-300ERs in an attempt to capitalize on some European routes, mainly from San Diego, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. These aircraft flew once daily to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam during peak summer months, and then from the eastern USA and Canada in the winter. The routes themselves were only semi-successful, and after 9/11 the 4 767s were returned, and Californian's short lived European expansion was finished.
