TransCaucasus Airways is an airline connecting the Caucasus Region with destinations around the globe. The airline was founded on March 1st, 1991 in Tbilisi, Georgia and has hubs in Baku, Yerevan and Kutaisi.
this is actually good
A million times better than the last one. But why not use a logo inspired by the namesake of the airline rather than some generic bird logo?
This shows a lot of potential, keep it up 
next time you upload something on AE on chrome, you should try out the Alt + F4 command, very useful.
I like this. Not sure about the logo you ended up with, it's just sort of bland. Nice detail with the flags, website, and registration. My only other concern is with the W in Airways, it looks like you dragged it down a bit below the rest of the text (that could just be me)

Pretty simple and as other have said the logo doesn't really have much reference to the name, but I like the detail and the concept mostly works. I say 'mostly' cause there's no way in hell that Azerbaijan would be part of this...Georgia and Armenia both have very strained relations with Azerbaijan, to say the least. Just look up Nagorno-Karabakh and I think that by itself will explain why nothing like this could exist with both Armenia and Azerbaijan as hub countries...

I am aware of the conflict going on in the region and it is actually not the only conflict in the region. The airline is in a No Political Restrictions World so the airline is pretty much purely fictional

Yeah just noticed the w too and it seems to be a rendering flaw as it's normal in the .psd file
