Hayabusa Airlines is a Japanese luxury airline opereating 16 A220-300 and 5 787-8. Based in Sapporo New Chitose, the airline has a goal of giving the best service and cheap prices. So kind of like a hybrid LCCs. The airline was established in 2009 with 3 CRJ900. The airline quickly grew because of how they had their cheap fares and amazing service. So in the 2014 Paris Air Show they ordered 25 CS300s (now A220-300) and 10 787-8. The A220-300 will fly the short to medium haul routes and the 787 on long haul routes. The A220s were first delivered in early 2018 and the 787 was delivered in Nov. the same year. They currently continue to operate flights daily but some aircraft are in storage because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
