The Boeing 777-300ER is the flagship of Taipei Airways' fleet, having replaced the airline's 747-400 aircraft in the mid 2000s. Due to the rising costs of operating four-engine aircraft, the airline decided that the 777 was the most suitable replacement and ultimately took delivery of over 20 examples. Used primarily for flights to North America, South America, Europe, and the Persian Gulf region, these aircraft offer 8 high-quality First Class suites along with 45 Business and 280 Economy seats.
