It has an operations base in Abbotsford & Halifax with its Headquarters in Hamilton. The airline has continued to struggle for the last 3 years financially incurring around $-800 million in debt as of 2020. It has sold 6 of its 737's in the last 2 years to remain financially afloat, continuing with this it has cancelled all destinations outside of the USA and Canada.
