Alps Air | Dornier 328 | 2016 livery

Alps Air has operated the Dornier 328 and 328JET as the backbone of its fleet since the 1990s when the type replaced the airline's original DHC-8-100s. With its high performance and speed, the 328JET enables quick connections from the heart of the Alps to destinations throughout Europe, while the standard turboprop 328 provides the efficiency and takeoff/landing performance to serve small regional airports throughout the region from the airline's base Salzburg, Austria.
The airline's logo is a stylized representation of eight mountains in a circle (representing the eight alpine nations) and also resembles the edelweiss flower, which is a symbol of the alpine regions.
