Ilyakin Air Cargo Boeing 747-8F

In 2002, with the success of Kirov-Neva Airlines, the organization would form a holding group after purchasing it's outside held stock and moving from a joint stock company to the newly formed Kirov-Neva Air Group, LLC. After this transition was complete, the airline founded a scheduled cargo moving subsidiary, Ilyakin Air Cargo. Named for one of the founders of Kirov-Neva Airlines, Ilyakin Air Cargo operates a mixed fleet of Boeing 747s and Boeing 767s, with a fleet of newly converted Boeing 737NG freighters and newly built Boeing 777Fs on the way to subsidize the airline's rapid growth. With operating bases in Moscow at Sheremetyevo Airport, and Saint Petersburg at Pulkovo airport, the airline operates several "Air routes" which carry cargo globally, beginning and ending at a hub terminus. With 17 Boeing 747-8Fs in the fleet, Ilyakin Air Cargo is one of the largest operators of the type.

As of April 2022, Ilyakin Air Cargo has ceased operations, with most aircraft having been seized or return to their lessors. All Boeing 747-8Fs have been reclaimed.
