Aviaperú fleet in 1999
12x Boeing 737-400
4x Boeing 757-200
4x McDonnell Douglas MD-11C
In 1995 a pair of ex-Aeroméxico Boeing 757-200s joined the fleet as leases from Ansett Worldwide Aviation Serivces (AWAS). A third 757 was leased from Pegasus Aviation Finance Company (PAFCO) in 1996, followed by a fourth one from International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) in 1999.
As new planes kept coming in, the airline's fleet grew along with increases in route frequencies. The Lima-Bogotá and Lima-Santiago routes each saw an additional fourteen weekly flights, whilst the Lima-Buenos Aires and Lima-Miami routes each saw an additional seven weekly flights. Frequencies on various domestic routes would increase as well.
By 1997 Aviaperú's route network covered eight domestic and 21 international destinations throughout the Americas. In 1998 a codesharing partnership with Delta Air Lines was launched to expand connectivity between North and South America. Flights to Madrid were launched in 1999, marking the return of European service since the demise of APSA.
