not quite sure if the Russian is correct but it's supposed to say Russia Freight. Also, the yellow and blue decal on the underbelly of the AN-12 says "Operated for Sudan Air Transport", another one of my airlines

The livery is really nice, looks like something that could be real.
However, the Russian doesn't make sense. A more realistic translation in this context would be Росскарго (this is already including a 'shortening' of the name to meet classic Russian company naming conventions) but that's a name I already recommended to someone else. Maybe Россгруз could work if you wanted to keep the word roots...but I'm kinda running out of imagination here.
