Bahamas Airways 737 MAX '2019 Livery'

Bahamas Airways' new livery introduced January 2019.

The airline ordered 6 737 MAX aircraft to replace their existing fleet and the first aircraft to debut their new livery. The aircraft began to serve various routes to the US from Nassau and Freeport and also selected destinations within the Caribbean, However, after two aircraft had been delivered and a third due the worldwide grounding of the type meant Bahamas Airways was forced to suspend flights using the aircraft both of which remain idle in storage at Nassau. Additionally the airline faced several flights having to be cancelled and in the weeks following chartered a pair of Airbus A320s from minority shareholder Southeastern Airlines to fulfill capacity until the 737 MAX can fly again.

Until then the new livery has been introduced on the airline's existing Boeing 737 fleet and will be applied to the rest throughout they year.
