What if Alaska chose to use the Virgin America brand
(Imo they definitely should’ve!)
Here are two concepts of what could’ve happened
First concept Virgin Atlantic style
Second concept Virgin Atlantic meets Alaska

Once again, liveries are decently good (though not sure if the second version would have worked), but those damn window shades make everything look terrible

Can we please stop talking about this, cuz it ain't a big deal. They're not that bad.

Anyways, this would've been cool. ^_^

bottom one should be a special livery

Man they look unrealistic, are distributed unrealistically, and are completely unnecessary. There's no need for them.

I disagree, I kinda like the window shades tbh.

Also, that bottom one is gorgeous.

Imo the window shades look much better

No, think about it. When an aircraft is on the ground, very rarely will any shades be down. When in flight, either 99% of the shades on one side are closed (if the sun is on that side, or if it's bring outside in general) or 99% of the shades on one size are open (if the sun is on the other side and it's not very bright outside, or maybe at night). During takeoff and landing all are open. This means having them randomly open and closed as they are here is unrealistic, and also distracts from the actual design. I think they're completely unnecessary.

And I thought I overthought things...

Just explaining my opinion, which is that they look annoyingly out of place.
