TransWest | Boeing 737-800 | 1999-present

In 2005 as part of its merger with Mountain West Airlines, TransWest acquired its first 737 NG aircraft. Although this shifted the airline's fleet plan away from the A320 family, the airline's management decided that the airline could manage two primary fleet types (the A320 and the 737 NG) due to the impending retirement of the ageing McDonnell Douglas aircraft.

In 2017, the airline took delivery of its last 737 NG (a -800 variant).
