Northern's retired fleet of Fokker F28 and Dash-8-200 aircraft. Northern continues to operate a fleet of 12 Dash-8-300 aircraft.
First of all, I like the effect you're going for with the window shades in all your uploads, but I feel like its just a tad overdone.
Apart from that, I literally have no words to describe how much I love the combination of this livery on these two planes. It is perfect!

Usually people either have windows open, or closed. Usually open, but there's a few exceptions. Maybe have 2/3 of them open and split the rest partly open or closed.
