SkyCab Deluxe is a charter airline based in Westchester County Airport (HPN), New York. It operates worldwide passenger charter flights for diverse groups including cruise operators, professional sports teams, corporations, entertainers, political candidates, and the United States government. It was founded in 1995 by James Owen, a businessman and former leader of the New York State senate.
The airline's fleet consists of two Boeing 737-500s, each with fully customised cabin that can hold up to 100 passengers. The planes are nicknamed Mayo One (or May Owen, a reference to the owner's only daughter) and Mustard One by the colour schemes they carry.
