Now it doesn't fit with the fuselage though

tail looks better

but fuselage is still s***

You have a sharp triangle on the engine, a rounded triangle on the tail and an almost straight line on the fuselage, make them all either straight or rounded and you will be going in the right direction.  

Use the shapes in your new logo to your advantage, don't try to paste the new logo on the old livery.

make the colors on the tail continue in their straight lines on the fuselage, match the winglet with the tail, make the engine white, put a mask on the cockpit, and we'll go from there.

That tail is looking good though
