Nepali Air operates a fleet of 4 B737-300's (9N-ALP, ALI, ALN and ALM) the airline has recently announced plans to retires these jets by 2022 and to be replaced by a future aircraft that the airline has still to decide on.

honestly, it looks more like some shady Latin carrier than a nepali one, it just seems to modern for the country. there's also no symbolism whatsoever which makes it look even more out of place..
I understand what you mean and I did try to put the symbols of Nepal in the Logo, however it turned out rather difficult, and yes it is modern but so what each country has to modernize someday! The Tail is supposed to represent an upward movement towards the mountains and like climbing those mountains. The Red i chose from the flag, so it might not be obvious but not every flag of every country must be on the tail of the airline flying from said country
