Almost 100 years after its humble beginnings as a small air-mail carrier, West Australian Airways remains one of Australia's leading airlines, with a far-reaching international presence, and an extensive domestic network. A storied and dramatic history, full of twists and turns, and ups and downs, has shaped WAA into the company that it is today.
