Blessed Aviation Tupolev Tu-154M

Blessed Aviation Tupolev Tu-154M

Blessed Aviation's most renowned aircraft, the Soviet built Tupolev Tu-154M, It entered service on 1984 as a replacement to the Hawker Siddeley Trident Series, however the plane had its full operational service shortly during early 1986, deliveries lasted from 1986 until 2004. The airline operated 75 aircraft until 2016. Tupolev Tu-154 had its last flight on May 2016 between Manila and Puerto Princesa and Back, since its slow retirement in 2012 until 2016, it was replaced by Airbus A320/A319 and A321, its succesor would be the New Engine Option series of the Airbus A320 family.

This is only possible if the NPAs won. But who knows, Philippines may one day operate Sukhoi and Irkut because of Digong.

While I like the livery, I'd say this airline would not be able to exist due to the circumstances around that time period.

First off, like what Med said, it is ONLY possible if the NPA (New People's Army) won.

And second of all, in 1972 President Ferdinand Marcos made the Philippines under Martial Law due to numerous reasons and one of them is regarding the NPA. This move included LOI (Letters of Instruction) numbers 151 and 151-A which basically implements a one-airline policy. This would be active until the partial airline deregulation of Philippine Airlines.

So in the end, your airline wouldn't be able to exist in the current circumstances in 1975 but despite this, the airline livery looks great.

I can agree with the Martial Law and NPA issue. And also, since it's the 1970s and Philippines is in the state of Martial law, chances the government granting you this request of buying some airplanes would be not possible. Unless you bribed them at first.

Last statement reminds me why Philippines is (probably) getting worse economically and internally.
