After Northerns 2017 buyout of Western Pacific a Northern Retrojet was launched on a 737-800 going alongside the one Intercontinental retro jet. The boeing 737-800 N983NO had a complete overhaul. Interior changed to closely duplicate that of the Western Pacific 1967 livery. Patterns from the original seats were applied to those of the 737. Along with signatures of the plane. Special safety cards. Menus and first class utensils were made to look like that of the age.
Today the 737 is based out of Chicago.
