I think "concern" means "mild pain in the ass for the paint crews and the guys who have to swap out cowlings"
For maintenance concern I wouldn't recommend having all those arrows on the engines, perhaps retain three or four, realistically speaking I wouldn't even put any on in RL application, tbh.
But it's great looking though, a little TNT-esque.
It has taken me several months to wrap my head around this statement, but I understand what you mean now. The arrows will be tough to line up and look good with all of the fasteners and ill-fitting cowlings.
