Some articles on the Jamaica Observer and the Trinidad & Tobago Guardian mention that the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority named Caribbean Airlines the flag carrier of the country back in 2013 and allowed them to start flights directly to USA and Canada from Georgetown.

Simple livery, but there's no decent vector files with the logo so it's all done with JPEGs, PNGs and some photoshop!
