Avion Transports Aériens Airbus A320neo | F-BABE

Avion Transports Aériens, stylized as "AVION", was founded in 1994 after the consolidation of France's airlines by the national government, in anticipation of the liberalization of the European air market. While the airline first focused on transcontinental flights, in 1998, the airline began service within Europe aboard its newly-delivered Airbus A320 family fleet. Read about it here.

Avion's first Airbus A320neo aircraft was delivered in 2016, replacing the oldest Airbus A320 aircraft in the fleet as well as helping the airline grow. Avion was the first French operator of the Airbus A320neo family, and has 35 on order, including 25 Airbus A320neos and 10 Airbus A321neos. Avion's aircraft are all named after popular French girl names, with F-BABE named "Gabrielle".
Avion's Airbus A320neo aircraft are equipped with 162 seats with 32-33 inches of pitch, and the cabin can be divided into Premier and Economy Class seating based on demand. Premier seats have the middle seat blocked between the two seats.
