I really like the cardinal design but I just wanted to combine the old northwest liveries together into a new one

Cardinal was inspired by a mix of airlines (including Northwest). The livery is inspired by AA and Northwest, the history draws some parallels with Delta, and the fleet and product choices have similarities to Continental, UA and US Airways.
I do like this. A bit retro but pretty nice overall.
