Air Thailand Airbus A350-900 | HS-NAA

Air Thailand was the Asian launch customer for the Airbus A350-900XWB, placing its order in 2006. The first Airbus A350 was delivered to the airline in late 2014, flying its inaugural flight between Bangkok and Hong Kong on January 14th, 2015. The aircraft was the first of 20 to be delivered the airline, replacing a mix of Airbus A340 and Boeing 777 aircraft. The aircraft was also used to restart non-stop flights to the United States, which had been halted due to rising oil and labor costs. The first Air Thailand Airbus A350 landed at San Francisco International Airport on July 4th, 2016, replacing the former service operating through Seoul (the Los Angeles flight operated through Tokyo). Since then, an additional five Airbus A350s have been assigned to Air Thailand's North American division.

Air Thailand's Airbus A350-900s are configured with 44 Royal Class lie-flat seats and 251 Economy Class seats.
