The 747 was the plane that introduced the new livery of Guardian. It was manly used on high demand routes where the DC-10 was to small. Also it could travel further distances which the DC-10 couldnt reach. Unfortunately one 747 from Guardian crashed in the early 70s due to human error. A ground worker got the fuel wrong so the 747 ran out of fuel over the pacific. The pilots managed to crash land the machine in an area where they wouldnt risk lifes of people on ground. Many passengers died but surpringsly few for an accident to this extent. Guardian was furious about the failure of the ground worker. After a little while the 747s of Guardian regained their popularity and ran safely for the rest of their operating life. Passengers loved how spacious the plane was like the DC-10.
Lounges were build in the 747 and Guardian ensured that only the highest educated and experienced pilots were able to fly on their 747s. The 747-100 was the begin of Guardians use of 747s.
And +1 @keanseeleyI think the striped tail of the DC-10 version could work really well here, as the logo looks a bit naked all alone. Nice work!

Thank you and yes I know crashes arent the happiest thing in the world 
but I wanted to have sth in the airline that makes it more believable.
Often you tend to make the history of an airline totally perfect and nothing is perfect so I thought this would be a good addition
Well you certainly gave it some background that's for sure... I mean, not even a single survivor? Not maybe just one? Brighten the story up a little? Not sure I would relate Guardian as Guarding me on a TransPac flight lol
Yeah I edited it a little . I know it is a very drastic crash but most big airlines had a major crash like that. Thats why I thought it would be appropriate
