CLI is the largest and main airline of the Dutch Antilles and Aruba. From its hubs in Aruba, Curacao, and St. Maarten, the airline serves over two dozen destinations across the Caribbean and the Americas. The airline has historically and continues to use the DC-9/MD-80 series and its derivatives, along with several types of regional aircraft.

The airline's expanded logo contains six stars taken from the pre-1986 flag of the Netherlands Antilles, representing the six territories comprising the constituency. Although the flag was revised when Aruba became a separate entity in 1986, the CLI livery maintains the original design since it continues to serve as the primary airline for Aruba.
