Pacific National Boeing 757-256

In November of 1990, Pacific Northwest begun operations from it's new hub at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport. Originally occupying Terminal 8 at JFK, the new Pacific Northwest Hub was originally a great success, however travelers from both PNA's Washington State Heartland and New York were confused by the name, Pacific Northwest: Was it an Airline for the Northwest? or flights to the Northwest? As a result of growing public feedback, effective from June 1994, Pacific Northwest became Pacific National, an airline for Americans by Americans.
The interim livery was used on most of the Pacific National Fleet from June 1994 until replacement by the new corporate branding in 2002.
