I know you chose a Celtic style font for the title. It's a thoughtful thing to do, considering some people don't even bother doing that. However, in aviation, you want something that is legible and easy to read.
For the design, I see that you can play a lot more on the back, and probably move the Irish flag to a more respectable position.
